Questions before you send?
What counts toward the 4 TB?
Files you finish uploading during your billing month count toward your monthly upload allowance. Deleting a finished file does not return those upload bytes.
What is the active storage limit?
You can have up to 3 TB of files stored at one time. Expired or deleted files free up active storage, but do not restore the monthly upload allowance.
How long do files stay available?
Choose three or seven days for each transfer. Access ends at the expiration time shown for that transfer.
Can recipients download without signing up?
Yes. They use the private link you share with them.
Can clients send files to me?
Yes. Share your reusable receiving page. Clients verify their email and upload without an Angry Pixl account. Their files count toward your plan’s upload and storage limits.
