Terms of Service
These terms cover the AngryPixl website, Studio subscriptions, and complimentary accounts. AngryPixl is operated by Pixl Envy in Farragut, Tennessee, USA.
Effective October 9, 2026 · Pixl Envy, Farragut, Tennessee, USAService and eligibility
AngryPixl provides a website and a file-transfer service. Studio is available through a paid subscription; certain invited accounts have complimentary access. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or buy a plan. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
Your account and files
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and private links secure. You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant Pixl Envy only the rights needed to store, process, transmit, display, and delete those files to operate the transfer service and respond to support or legal requests. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share each file.
A private link is not a guarantee that only one person will see a file. Anyone who has a valid link may be able to use it. We may restrict or remove content and suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requests, security, or a violation of these terms. See our Legal & Acceptable Use page for prohibited uses.
If you enter a recipient email, we email the private link and daily reminders until a download starts, the recipient opts out, or the link ends. Use this feature only for people who expect the file. We notify the sender when a valid download request starts, which does not guarantee the full file was saved. You may instead copy a link and share it yourself.
Studio account holders may publish a reusable receiving page. A client can verify an email address and send files to that account without creating an Angry Pixl account. The account holder is responsible for sharing and managing the page and for files accepted through it. Clients must have the rights and permissions needed to upload their files and must follow our acceptable-use rules. We may limit or disable a receiving page to prevent abuse.
Studio plan and billing
Studio costs $24.99 USD per month unless a clearly displayed offer says otherwise. The plan includes up to 4 TB of completed uploads per billing month, up to 3 TB stored at one time, and files up to 250 GB each. Files sent through a receiving page count toward the receiving account’s same limits and remain available for seven days. Senders using regular transfer links choose a three- or seven-day lifetime. Deleting a completed file frees active storage but does not restore that month’s upload allowance. The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
To protect transfer availability, downloads are limited to 500,000 file requests per sender account per UTC day across all shared links. A download client making unusually many requests may need to wait until the next UTC day. Contact us through the contact form if this affects a legitimate transfer.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage payment details and cancel from the signed-in workspace. Cancellation or a pause request stops the next renewal at the end of the current paid month; access continues until then. You can reverse a pending pause or cancellation before that date. After the paid period ends, restoring Studio requires a new checkout. If payment fails, access may be limited until billing is resolved.
We refund the first Studio charge if you request it within seven days of payment and have not uploaded any files. Request it through our contact form. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law. Complimentary accounts are not charged and do not have a subscription to cancel.
Availability and file retention
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted uploads, downloads, or permanent storage. Transfer links stop working at their displayed expiration time or sooner if revoked. Files are scheduled for deletion after expiration, and physical deletion may take longer. Keep your own copy of every file; AngryPixl is a short-term transfer service, not a backup service.
Changes, responsibility, and disputes
We may change the service or these terms. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated before they take effect when required. Changes do not retroactively reduce a paid period’s stated limits without a remedy required by law. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal if you disagree with updated terms.
To the extent allowed by law, the site and service are provided without a guarantee that they will always be error-free or fit every purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Tennessee law governs disputes to the extent applicable law permits, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your location.
Questions about these terms can be sent through our private contact form. The operator is Pixl Envy, Farragut, Tennessee, USA. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
